Benediction at 5:45 p.m.
Mass at 6 p.m. with Anointing of the Sick.
The Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick is spoken of in the Letter to James, where he instructs the people to bring the sick to the Church that they may have hands laid on them and recieve healing.
The Sacrament gives strength to bear suffering patiently and unites the sick person with the Passion of the Lord.
